You are never bored. The exercises change every time so the suspense is really built up until you see it written on the board. The groans and pains are all good. The exercise buddies are the best; I wouldn't have done it on my own. The group environment keeps you motivated, and Anita will work with your level, so you are competing with yourself and no one else. There are always extras too: fun challenges, nutritional/healthy recipe ideas, etc.

Let’s face it. Finding, and most importantly, maintaining the motivation to exercise frequently is difficult. As a fitness professional, I understand this constant struggle.
