Let’s face it.  Finding, and most importantly, maintaining the motivation to exercise frequently is difficult.  As a fitness professional, I understand this constant struggle.  This struggle is the main reason I chose to do what I do for a living.  Jim Ryun said, “Motivation gets you started.  Habit keeps you going.”  This statement became the crux of my training philosophy because of its truth.  The ‘drive’ to become a healthier and more fit person can slowly start to dwindle away if you aren’t driven and focused, and this can happen before you reach the stage where this healthier lifestyle becomes a habit.  That’s where FitMo comes in.  We want to be YOUR motivator to keep going when you’ve run of out that internal drive.
