Fitness + training

My husband and I moved to Wilmington in 2012 for work with Duke Energy Nuclear Power in Southport.  Still to this day, I enjoy teaching and taking Zumba Fitness classes to clear my mind and body from the every day stress while learning Latin based aerobic dance moves.  To be able to give someone else the same fun and exciting experience I crave during a Zumba Fitness class, is simply priceless.

Please join me in experiencing the Zumba Fitness Love!

Laura Rohrbaugh

Zumba Instructor

My Zumba Fitness career began when I attended my first Zumba class while in college.  I fell in love instantly!  I loved how for 60 minutes I could clear my brain and relax my body from studying to focus on working out and having fun while dancing off my calories.  I attended Zumba 3 days a week, every week for 2 years until I asked the Zumba Instructor what it took to become an Instructor.  I received my Zumba Fitness Certification shortly after in April 2010 and have been teaching ever since!  I've taught at five different studios in three different states including West Virginia, Maryland and more recently North Carolina.
